Shipping Policy

Unizok starts with manually fulfilled supplier orders. Product pages show estimated shipping windows after samples and suppliers are validated.

Processing

Most orders should be processed within 2-5 business days before carrier tracking is available.

Tracking numbers are emailed after supplier fulfillment. Some international scans may take 48 hours to update.

Customers are responsible for import duties unless the product page clearly states that tax is included.

Email support@unizok.com with your order number if a shipment is delayed.
