Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. We can offer a replacement or refund after review.

Not delivered

We can investigate delayed shipments and may replace or refund orders that pass the promised delivery window.

Change of mind

Unused items may be eligible for return. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by Unizok or the supplier.
