This policy is written for the MVP stage. Final terms should be reviewed before public paid traffic.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

We can investigate delayed shipments and may replace or refund orders that pass the promised delivery window.

Unused items may be eligible for return. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by Unizok or the supplier.
